Agreement

These terms govern your use of www.overseasinvestor.net and any content, webinar, resource or communication we provide through it. By using the site or registering for anything on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site is operated by Wise Property Deals LLC, trading as Wise Investments and Overseas Investor.

Education only — not advice

Everything we publish, present or send is general educational information about property investing. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting or investment advice, and it does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs.

Registration and attendance

Registering for a webinar or booking a call is free and creates no obligation on either side. We may change the date or time of an event, or cancel it, and will tell registrants if we do.

Webinars may be recorded. If you attend, your name as displayed and anything you type in the chat or ask aloud may form part of that recording and may be shared with other registrants as a replay.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our presentations, documents and templates — including text, graphics, logos, video and downloadable materials — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may use it for your own personal and business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from it, or share access to paid materials with anyone else, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the site's operation or security.

Third-party links

Our site and communications may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything we provide.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of that state, except where the law of your own country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated.
