What we collect

Information you give us. When you register for a webinar, book a call, download a resource or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us in a form field or a message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we collect your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and the site or advertisement that referred you. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.

Information about your engagement. We record whether you opened an email, clicked a link, attended a webinar, or replied to a message, so we can send you relevant follow-up and stop sending you things you aren't reading.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Any payment is processed by a third-party payment processor under their own terms.

We action opt-outs promptly. You may still receive messages that are necessary to complete something you have already asked for, such as a joining link for an event you registered for.

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you reminders, joining links, and — where you have separately agreed — marketing and promotional messages about property investing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT-OUT at any time to stop receiving messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described elsewhere in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for anything, purchasing anything, or receiving any service from us.
